At Marchesa, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Securely seal your package and attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
